Press Release Guidelines

• Title should be between 25 to 75 characters [including space]

• Avoid capitalizing of every word in your Title. Should be used “Title Case”. Example: Press Release Distribution Guideline.

• Do not use any special character except ‘–’ or ‘&’ in Title

• Your targeted keyword must be used in Title (that ensures your press release to appear in Google News search)

• Do not use any URL in your Title.

• Press release body should begin with mentioning Physical Location (country, state and city), Month, Date and Year.

• Press Release body should be 250 to 300 words [including space]. Most of the Press Release sites don't accept any kind of anchor text in the article body.

• Press Releases are most effective when they are under 300 words, generally two to three paragraphs.

• Should be including in the last paragraph full contact information about the release [contact person, company name, phone/fax, email, physical/postal address. etc.]

• Press Release author name should be a human name.

• “###” This indicates the end of the press release.

• Suggest most effective and relevant keywords under 150 to 200 characters. [Specify with comas].
